Order Changes and Cancellations

If your Noriqiel order has not yet shipped, you may request cancellation.

Before Shipment

Cancellation requests are allowed before shipment. Contact service@noriqiel.com with your order number and checkout email.

Address Correction

Shipping-address corrections may be requested before shipment. We cannot guarantee changes after fulfillment has started.

Product, Variant Or Quantity Change

Product, variant and quantity changes are not supported after order placement.

If You Need A Different Item

If the order has not shipped, request cancellation before shipment and place a new order where appropriate.

After Shipment

Once shipment has begun, the order can no longer be cancelled. The Return and Refund Policy applies instead after delivery.
