Order Changes and Cancellations

This policy explains when Noriqiel may be able to change or cancel an order after checkout.

Change Requests

If you need to update an address, product, quantity, or customer detail, email customer care immediately with your order number. We will try to help before fulfillment begins.

Cancellation Requests

Cancellation is not guaranteed after an order is placed. Once an order enters processing, packing, fulfillment, or shipment, it may no longer be possible to cancel.

Unavailable Items

If an item becomes unavailable after purchase, we may contact you with options such as replacement, delayed shipment, partial refund, or cancellation.
